Characteristics of Brown Beer

It is an autumn brown beer, born in the period of chestnuts from which it derives. Its color is brown and is characterized by an intense, fragrant and tasty taste. It is full-bodied, very intense on every front, passionate and soft. A slightly sweetish aftertaste is opposed to the bitter tips of hops. The autumn foods and their rich flavours are ideally combined with this type of beer. Soups based on vegetables, cereals and legumes are the ideal accompaniment. Chocolate and coffee desserts are also excellent with our Palio di Buti beer.
