Characteristics of Dark Beer

Our dark beer is Christmas beer. It is characterized by a round and bitter taste, the aroma is spicy but harmonious. The foam is compact and persistent, the color is dark mahogany. The alcohol content meets the winter climate, is on average strong with an alcohol content of 8%. It goes perfectly with game and rich sauces, Christmas sweets are ideal companions. Excellent as a meditation beer to drink in company even after dinner in front of a crackling fireplace.
